The Process

1. Book Your Appointment
Schedule your service online or by phone. All visits are by appointment only.

2. Appointment Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Need to modify or cancel? You can do so easily.

3. Reminders & Technician Arrival
Before your appointment, you’ll get email and text reminders. For mobile service, your technician will also call before arriving.

4. On-Site Service or Pickup
About 90% of issues are fixed on-site during the visit. If advanced diagnostics are required, we’ll bring your device to our office. Most off-site repairs are completed within 48 hours.

5. Payment Upon Completion
You only pay once the job is done — either at the end of the visit or when your device is returned. We accept credit cards, cash, and e-transfers.
