Afterward, we’ll collect your contact information so our team can confirm either your drop-off details or arrange an on-site visit. You’ll then review and verify the information provided so we can schedule the right technicians, tools, and timeline—or give you a drop-off time at our Edmonton location.

In most cases, data recovery requires removing the storage media and working on it off-site. This may involve taking the hard drive or SSD out of your computer or laptop.

We apply a minimum 1-hour charge for all data recovery cases due to the complexity of diagnosing faulty storage devices. If you choose to proceed with the recovery, this fee is credited toward your final cost.
